• Lead or co-consultant on six cost containment projects for large self insured workers

compensation programs that averaged a 40% reduction of total loss dollars within six months.

• Savings ranged from $150,000 to over $600,000 dollars, due to implementing best practices.

• Developed and instituted safety policies and procedures for emergency response, accident

investigation, emergency medical treatment and “return to work” programs in both union and

property damage claims. Property and casualty insurance rates reduced due to accident prevention and
