Senior Programmer Analyst

Provided programming and analysis support for the Book publishing system in a VAX/VMS environment

using VAX BASIC. Performed analysis related to specific activities and procedures. Developed and

maintained new and existing code in that environment. Met with the users to create specifications for

certain projects, coded and documented newly created and existing procedures and provided

technical support. I implemented a project to allow client control of the hardcopy mail and email decoys.

Prior to this project, the IT development staff maintained the decoys on multiple lists. I designed,

developed and implemented the changes necessary to consolidate these lists and give the clients

maintenance ability. I also did a project where I automated the suppression of sensitive professions from

being printed in the Alumni directories. Prior to this implementation, this process was all done manually.

Provided programming and analysis support for Avon’s Warehouse Management systems. Modify

and maintain existing application programs. Wrote new programs working with the VAX BASIC
