The HR team interpreted the union contract and systematically began enforcing management rights resulting in over $2.5 million in
annual savings while maintaining normal grievance and arbitration activity levels.
Introduced labor optimization project combining jobs allowing the elimination of over 100 jobs.
• Enforced the union contract rules to save over $600,000 per year in sick pay and benefit costs.
• Reduced the annual grievance cost by one-half over the prior 5 year period.

an HR Analyst and a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager. Streamlined and automated multiple global processes into a single
automated process. Oversaw the documentation of current policies and procedures, manage expatriate administration, acted as
Benefits Administrator, oversaw the employee call center and delivered new hire orientation.
• Project managed and served as a Business Analyst on several HR initiatives. These initiatives resulted in the streamlining
and automation of separate global processes into a single automated process. Sample duties include developing business
requirements, writing detailed technical specifications, and managing to time, resource and budget constraints. Sample projects

be posted on the site. Resulted in single online communication/marketing platform for HR, an online employee handbook and
consistency in policies and procedures globally.
• Managed employee call center, designed and implemented auto-attendant to route calls directly to functional specialists
and created user manual for operators. Resulted increased employee satisfaction, reduced employee wait time and allowed the
reallocation of 1 full-time HR resource.
• Managed the Global Assignee Program. Acted as the vendor manager and primary internal assignee contact. Managed
the transition of the Global Assignee Program from in-house to outsource. Developed new policies and procedures. Resulted in
