• Reduced order turnaround from five to two days after implementing an order entry relay system that

incorporated TRW's total customer service and business requirements.

• Developed and implemented forecasts for cost, budget and manpower, utilizing a $13 million annual

budget.

• Designed and implemented a bar code data collection shop floor control and time and attendance system,

in addition to an on-line receiving system and modified bill of lading and packaging system that streamlines

those areas, making them more efficient.
