Sr. Product Manager
In my role at WesCorp FCU I am primarily responsible for identifying and developing new products and
new product relationships, and in reviewing, recommending and developing enhancements for existing
products and third party relationships.
In my tenure with WesCorp, I have been integrally involved in developing relationships, negotiating
business agreements and in implementing two major products related to Business Lending & Services,
and Tango Health, a National HSA (Health Savings Account) administrator.
I am currently responsible for researching, executing, and monitoring product strategies and strategic
opportunities to sell and distribute WesCorp’s transaction products on a national level. As well as making
initial and maintaining ongoing contacts in order to secure agreements relationships. I currently work with
all departments of the organization to market, sell, distribute, train, and maintain systems through the full
product life cycle, while staying abreast of industry trends and technological enhancements.

CU Indirect/Direct, LLC (CUSO)
Chief Operating Officer (COO) April 2007- February 2008
As COO of CU Indirect/Direct (CU I/D) I have had the responsibility for the development and
implementation of the financial plans and budgets; pertinent procedures and policies requirements;
managing the day-to-day operations of an indirect lending aggregator and loan processor. As COO, I
reported directly to the Board Chairperson and was responsible for all Board reporting, presentations and
interaction with the Chair as well as other Board members.
Duties included:
Developing, maintaining, tracking, overseeing, and implementing all marketing, sales and
operational practices related to the CU I/D business lines
CU I/D’s Dealer Representative Sales Manager
Managing the indirect lending business on a day to day basis - overseeing staff’s operational
processing and packaging of indirect loans for the participating Lenders

Internal Operations, Vice President January 2004 - April 2007
As VP of Internal Operations at California Bear Credit Union, I was responsible for the entire back-office
functions of the Credit Union, including overseeing the data processing/information technology
department. My duties and responsibilities covered all operational areas.
Duties included:
Facilitated and implemented a VISA, ATM and Debit card conversion from outside processing to
in-house, greatly contributing to the CU’s bottom line while enhancing member service
Developed Courtesy Pay program that not only benefited California Bear CU, but was sold to
other CU’s as additional revenue generating opportunities for Cal Bear
Instrumental and played a strategic role in the successful completion of a merger acquisition,
acting as the Senior Project Executive, whereby planning and coordinating all aspects of the
merger
Departments and functions with direct reporting lines included:
IT Department – All Symitar Core system functions as well as all other phone system, PC, printer
and branch operations IT functions
EFT Department - Including all of the ATM, VISA, Debit Card and Checking operations as well

Internal Audits and Compliance – The auditing and reporting of all operational issues, follow-up
and completion of exam and audit issues and overall compliance officer for the organization

loan packaging and filing, as well as member service interactions to resolve account disputes and
to assist the member services team in servicing the member’s requests for account

As a member of the senior management team, I was an active participant of ALCO. I served on the
Strategic Planning Committees, which required extensive financial and accounting focus, while building
and maintaining relationships with members of the Board by serving on various committees. I was an
active part of the Autoseekers CUSO, having the daily duties, responsibilities and interaction with the
Autoseekers management and Business Development team. This included development and
management of the Indirect Lending program for CU’s.
