Managed and planed the migration of Kaiser Permanente’s Mid Atlantic States regional data warehouse
from multiple source applications to a single source application feeding both a Sybase data warehouse and
an Oracle data mart.
Designed data capture solutions, defined true data requirements, scheduled updates, and developed project

Managed a six-person project team responsible for data modeling, data mapping, and data warehouse

suite of data replication tools between five different platforms and six different SQL DBMSs.
Collaborated with the software engineering team to define future product releases to meet customers’
