1). Tinius Olsen CRM Implementation – Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Project description: Founded in 1880, Tinius Olsen is the leading specialist manufacturer and supplier of

static tension and/or compression materials testing machines around the globe. Its machines are designed for

use in Research and Quality Control to measure material’s strength and performance. Using Tinius Olsen

equipment it is possible to perform such tests on raw materials such as metals, polymers, textiles, rubbers,

adhesives, food as well finished components Tinius Olsen engaged InterDyn AKA (“AKA”) to develop and

implement a complete Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system to manage their interactions

among prospects, clients, vendors, common service providers,, and associated individuals. The envisioned

CRM system would be used by both the sales and the professional service teams to streamline operations by

unifying data and processes into a single platform. It is anticipated that the CRM system will reduce errors,

improve the quality of information, reduce redundant work efforts, simplify marketing list management, unify

data and, ultimately, provide better service at a lower cost. In addition there was a requirement to integrate their

existing ERP system Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Role: Techno-Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Creating a design for the application.

Customization/creation of Microsoft CRM entities and workflows.

Creation of custom Microsoft CRM Plug-ins.

Development of application for integration with Microsoft AX 2009 system.

2). Rothstein Kass CRM Implementation – Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Project description: Rothstein Kass engaged InterDyn AKA (“AKA”) to develop and implement a

complete Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system to manage their interactions among prospects,

clients, vendors, common service providers,, and associated individuals. The envisioned CRM system would be

used by both the marketing and the professional service teams to streamline operations by unifying data and

processes into a single platform. It is anticipated that the CRM system will reduce errors, improve the quality of

information, reduce redundant work efforts, simplify marketing list management, unify data and, ultimately,

provide better service at a lower cost.

developed for an upcoming Life Insurance Group. The system provides following functionalities -

- Business Hierarchy management

- Business Reporting

- Integration with 7 large systems built on different platforms like .NET, J2EE with MS Dynamics CRM

4.0.

Role: Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities:
