training. Provide manufacturer/wholesaler/ contractor cross training in all areas of proper
product choice and usage. Solve specification problems via training and site visits and re-

wholesale branches in New England doing in-house training for both the HENRY team

Managed transition in HOME DEPOT stores during their changing over to HENRY from
another vendor in roof coatings. This entailed ordering in new goods, planograms,
placement of stock, education of associates and servicing all 112 HOME DEPOTS in
New England on a monthly basis. This resulted in HENRY being Vendor of The Year in
2004. Oversaw opening orders, store walks, installations and product knowledge sessions
in 65 new stores.

Wrote new store opening manual for Home Depot and HENRY to use
nationally.

Turnpike Toys& Leisure products, Boston, MA
Turnpike Toys was a manufacturers’ representative group calling on New England based
national chains selling toys, pools, hardware, candy and sporting goods.
Introduced large swimming pools to regional and national chains as a complete,
palletized package for the retail trade. Created the package for ease of shipping,
promotional materials, in-store demo pieces and re-ordering systems for BJ’s Wholesale
Club. Took this to other chains and revolutionized approach to selling large above ground
pools. Led MUSKIN Pools for five years in sales of 12 foot package pools with
innovative sales methods.
