Description: Advisory Delivery Tool (ADT) is an advisory application being developed for the
advisors within KPMG. It provides a common set of process, templates and procedures to be
followed for the Advisory work being conducted by the KPMG advisors. It facilitates the advisors to
choose the service offering for which the Advisory has to be done and then get the common set of
templates to be used for the specific service offering. It also helps the users to generate reports
based on the data analysis done for the client which in turn help the advisor to provide the type of
the audit to be done for the client. The application is being built using the Groove networks which
helps more than one advisor to get involved on a certain engagement as a Manager, Participant or
Guest.

provides the users with different logins and features depending upon the roIe. Clients can create
requests for the requirements and select Vendors after getting response to the request raised.
Vendors can propose the candidates and raise the PO if the candidates are selected. This
application also helps the candidates to fill up their timesheets and expense sheet.

product was developed using the Agile methodology. The application was published on the Tomcat
server and the clients were able to access it from their remote machines.

Description: This project Workbench is a desktop application for project scheduling and

project managers to create work breakdown structures (WBS) with tasks and milestones, set
baselines, schedule project plans with dependencies, assign resources to tasks, schedule work on
tasks over a period of time, and adjust the schedule as actual work is recorded. Project data can be
displayed in a variety of ways including spreadsheet views, Gantt charts and CPM (Critical Path
Method) networks. Workbench also provides standard views that can be used as-is or modified for
