• Team member responsible for the Peoplesoft support of up to 3,000 global users. This includes the
following modules: eProcurement, Purchasing, Time and Expenses, Accounts Payable, Asset
Management, General Ledger, and Security.
• Implemented and supported new workflows and approval processing for eProcurement, Expenses, and
Payables.
• Support of the Itesoft scanning application utilized for AP invoices and Expense Report receipts.
• SGIB Directory Interface - Daily interface that loads employee HR data from various disparate company
wide systems by utilizing employee LDAP information. Assisted in the troubleshooting of various issues
that included the addition and inactivation of PeopleSoft user accounts based on HR information.
• Designed and developed custom interface so that Peoplesoft query results could be sent via FTP and e-
mail.
• Implemented and supported direct connection to multiple vendor web sites to be utilized within the
Peoplesoft eProcurement module for creating requisitions.
• Developed various Peoplesoft KPI queries utilized in order to measure Voucher, Expense Report,
Requisition, Workflow, Asset Management, and General Ledger activity.
• Ensure data flow integrity to downstream General Ledger and Asset Management applications.
• Responsible for maintaining the PO/AP /AM interface processes to ensure assets are created and GL
journals are successfully generated.
• Traveled to India to train IT staff so that they could support the Accounts Payables Bangalore Peoplesoft
functional users.
• Implemented the installation and setup of Business Objects XI2 SP 1 disaster recovery server. This also
included the creation of disaster recovery test scripts.
• Developed and maintained Business Objects reports that specified Balance Sheet, LDC, ICRT, or Income
Statement information for various entities. This included Universe creation, database view development,
and event scheduling.
Peoplesoft 8.9 Upgrade
• Responsible for the version 8.9 upgrade impact study, functionality reviews and project planning. This
included analyzing custom interfaces and global processes to determine the most efficient course of action.
• Developed UAT testing scripts to be used for the eProcurement, Purchasing, Time and Expenses,
Accounts Payable, Asset Management, General Ledger modules and custom interfaces.
New Business Unit Implementation
• Implemented two new business units for eProcurement, Purchasing, Payables, General Ledger, Asset
Management, and Security. This included the setup of custom corporate interfaces as well as the
integration of Autosys.
• Designed, developed and implemented AP, EX, and eProc Workflow based on the business process, roles
and rules identified with the business line users. This included, but was not limited to routing Vouchers,
Expense Reports, and Requisitions for approval and denials based on each resources level as well as
interfacing with HR for adding and updating Workflow Users.
• Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, designing and developing custom Conversion processes
that could be used system wide across Business Units being converted from initial Legacy Systems. This
also included working closely with Functional Users in order to develop data mapping strategies, perform
system Configuration, and developed Reconciliation / Testing procedures for ensuring data integrity.
Query Security
• Security team lead responsible for analyzing current role and permission list setup to determine proper
user authorizations.
• Configured system to limit specified users access to query creation, query execution, and/or sensitive table
data.
SGSC Data Conversion
• Team member responsible for converting three modules, Expenses, AP, GL, from the Capri financial
system into a new PeopleSoft business unit. Assisted in the design and development in various conversion
strategies.
• Provided all essential data mappings for modules, assisted in the reconciliation process, implemented data
access procedures.

FTTP Set Top Box Integration
• Accommodated FTTP Set Top Box transactions so that purchase orders can properly flow from a
GTEAMS Mainframe System to Non-Reg PeopleSoft Purchasing.
• Facilitated the integration of FTTP Set Top transactions from PeopleSoft Purchasing to PeopleSoft
Payables.
Verizon Hawaii International
• Supported the sale of the Hawaiian portion of the CPE business to the Carlyle Group including providing
Transition Services for nine months post sale date. This included conversion of Hawaii business unit
purchase order data and ongoing support.
ESG Project Implementation
• Integrated diverse financial systems (GTEAMS Mainframe System, SAP, and PeopleSoft 7.5) and merged
them into the existing PeopleSoft 8.0 Non-Regulated platform.
• Merged separate business processes utilized for AP, Employee Expenses, Assets, Projects, Receivables
and Ledger from 3 to 1 common re-engineered process impacting 100+ distinct transaction flows.
• Enabled GTEAMS Purchase Orders to flow through PeopleSoft so that online and EDI vouchers can be
added. This included three separate custom processes: Purchase Order Load, Receiver Information Load,
and Purchase Order Reconciliation processes.
• Responsible for the conversion of the following: purchase order line information, location information,
vendor information.
• Utilized performance testing tools such as LoadRunner in order to predict system performance by
emulating thousands of concurrent users on the system. The reports generated would be used to isolate
bottlenecks within the PeopleSoft application architecture.
• Implemented General Ledger inbound interfaces for Allocation, Inventory, Journal Uploads, and Payroll.
PeopleSoft 8.0 Upgrade
• Purchase Order team member responsible for system configuration and Production Support.
• Team member responsible for Compare Reports and identification of objects to be migrated, Unit and
System testing, data reconciliation as well as Report and Program modification. Upgrade modules
included Purchase Order, Accounts Payable and Expenses.
• Purchase Order team member responsible for system configuration, designing and developing custom
reports and interfaces, workflow and knowledge transfer.
• Based on my in depth Purchasing experience, my skills were used to resolve numerous outstanding issues
as well as design and develop multiple custom processes based on specific Business Unit needs. This
included PeopleCode, Panels, Menus, Reports and Interfaces from and to other Financial Systems (i.e.
Deactivation of Business Units).
• Responsible for debugging and modifying SQR program POPO005 according to business requirements.
• Based on an in depth understanding of the PeopleSoft Upgrade process, I applied all PeopleSoft Patches
required for Verizon. This included using Data Mover Scripts, Compare Reports and Application Engine.
