Fortune 500 Company.
• Utilized employee research best practices to design and develop the company’s first and subsequent annual
employee engagement survey. Worked with external benchmark firm survey development both online and paper,
data analysis and report development. Presented overall survey results to HR senior management, providing
customized results to HR Business Partners, and collaborating on follow-up interventions.

• Conducted work environment assessments including follow-up surveys, focus groups, and brainstorming sessions
