o Responsible for complete management of selected projects of petrochemical plant, designed
and reviewed different plant systems, designed installation specifications, technically
evaluated bids from vendor & appropriation, scheduled and performed acceptance testing for
approval.
o Prepared route card and Gantt chart for time estimation of maintenance activities.
o Supervised maintenance related operations and provided implementations for predictive,
preventive & corrective measures. Establish requirements for major repairs & shutdown, co-
ordination of team of technician and provide advice for improvement.
o Established level of efficiency through regular review of equipment performance for safe
working operation such as centrifugal separator, rotary pump, heat exchanger, air controlling

Detail designed and generated 3D model of Hip Resurfacing implant with tool for
biomedical application using ProE & performed detail stress analysis with Pro/Mechanica
module.
o Design of Spinal Disc Implant
Designed and generated 3D model with assembly of Spinal Disc Implant by using ProE and
complete stress analysis under working load condition of human body.
o Designing of 3 Wheel Industrial Cart
Designed and created different part of 3-Wheel Industrial Cart using ProE and assemble each
part to develop final 3D model with global interference consideration.
o Turn Table Rotary Crane
Step by step designed all component of Turn Table Rotary Crane with motor specification
and balancing criteria for safe operation and developed operative model for operation.

o Designed of Power Assisted Steering Mechanism
Project report submitted on Power Assisted Steering Mechanism, design and analysis of main
components such as 4V valve, fluid displacement pump, piston and cylinder with its benefits
