Specific Qualifications:

Over 30 years experience in structural design, field engineering and construction. Work

has involved construction in nuclear power plants, power plants, coal fire plants and

petrochemical facilities (including refinery, onshore, offshore platforms, and marine

terminals production facilities). Structural design experience includes light and heavy steel

(assembly and fabrication drawings) and concrete (tilt-ups, precast, prestressed and cast-

in-place). 2-D and 3-D Cad experience includes AutoCAD, TriForma, I_RAS B,

Intergraph Microstation and Frameworks. Responsibilities have encompassed designing,

field/plan checking, field and design supervising, scheduling, work assignments and

coordination. Diversified background includes knowledge and experience in material take-

offs, as-builts, topographic surveying and construction management.
