Key Member of a team that designed and implemented a fully global model and through the use of Black
Belt tools and methodologies develop an optimized and efficient organizational model. I was the Master

implementation of a global model worldwide and savings of over $32M in the 1st three years.
Consulting Master Black Belt responsible for leading the development of the business requirements
documents and the process reengineering efforts designed to support the Andover Technical Center whose
mission was to service a $9B contract for the Federal Government. Utilized Black Belt Tools and
methodologies and Program management to meet all critical deadlines. ROI was $6M.
Managed a project for the recovery plan of key accounts with significant levels of service issues as they
pertained to logistics supply chain. Identified key issues, developed action plans, reengineered processes and
made contract considerations. The results of this work were moving the customer relationships from RED to
GREEN and 8 years later these companies are still key global accounts. This equates to close to a $1B in
revenue over the life of the contracts.
Developed and Implemented the Supply Chain Engineering Plan of Records process to identify, evaluate
and prioritize top corporate priorities as it pertained to Supply Chain Engineering. Implementation allowed
senior management to properly budget funds and resources that aligned the business and company
priorities to the projects and programs including long range plans and cross business unit initiatives.
