design decisions and tactics via the ADDIE model. Collaborate with Senior VPs and executive
committee, area managers and supervisors to determine strategic direction for employee and
client training, and to establish short and long term fiscal and training goals. Ensure that courses
accomplish specified learning and performance objectives, contain appropriate amounts of
interactivity and incorporate opportunities to measure learners' performance. Serve as
administrator for the Blackboard LMS for internal and external participants. Provide project
management oversight to manage schedules and budgets of assigned course development
projects to ensure that courses are created on time and within specified budget.
