NSK, KOYO etc.
Development of new toolings for new taper roller bearing cages.
As a part of KAIZEN team, cage transferring system developed from one
compound die station to another. Generating FMEA and DFMEA.
System Includes Finger (Fixture) and its attachment which in turn helped
to improve the SPM of the press machine.
Responsible to prepare and maintain History cards on each receipt of
tooling from production shop.
