Underwrite and review submissions from six producers and market to wholesalers and agency companies.

6/00 – 12/06 UBLHAL Outreach Center, Fair Lawn, NJ, President - Non-profit (501C3) operating two daycare

centers serving 70 children aged 15 months to 4 years; fundraising, hiring of staff, training, board meetings.

12/98 – 6/00 Fremont Compensation Insurance Group, Parsippany, NJ, Senior Underwriter-

New and renewal Workers’ Compensation Insurance for 25 general agents; managed two underwriting assistants.

6/97 – 12/98 General Accident Insurance, Philadelphia, PA, Business Development Underwriter- Specializing in

automotive aftermarket to include towing & recovery, automobile dismantling, parts, repair shops, bodyshops, non-

franchise auto dealers. NJ, PA, DE, MD risks; $10MM book, 66% loss ratio. Same underwriting authority as

branch manager. Supervised one underwriting assistant. Position eliminated due to merger.

7/95 – 6/97 Vik Brothers Insurance Group, Lawrenceville, NJ, Senior underwriter –

Middle-market package policies to include construction, retail, service, habitational, and restaurant risks for PA and

NJ agents; $8MM book.

2/88 – 7/95 Zutz Insurance, Wilmington, DE, Account Executive – underwrite, market and manage large and

middle market commercial risks to include construction, retail, service, habitational, and restaurant risks.

8/76 – 2/88 Wausau Insurance Companies, Philadelphia, PA, Casualty Underwriter - Large account, high-hazard

specialist in all lines of coverage for heavy & highway construction. Underwrote every I-95 overpass in Delaware.

Underwrote Railroad Protective Liability for Amtrak Northeast Corridor. Controlled the contract surety line for five

contractors with $20MM line for each; maintained seal and powers of attorney.
