University. Maintain Purchasing systems and analysis creating efficiencies to maximize returns
to the University. Develop process metrics for Waste Management, Logistics, Transportation and
Postal Operations. Supervise fleet management and planning for large fleet. Design personnel
schedules for improved efficiency and productivity. Hire, train and provide ongoing support for
union personnel including safety training programs. Provide support to senior management for
special projects including improvement of environmental impact of fleet operations and upgrade
of postal operations for 7 million piece mail operation. Negotiate with all third party vendors.
Responsible for direct on-call support to academics in all segments of the University in a multi-

operation. Senior management of all sales and operations. Recruited and selected General
Manager. Select and directly interact with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, establish
schedules and assure completion of project on schedule. Establish infrastructure for routine
operations of property. Create e-commerce solutions for marketing property worldwide.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and value added products to accommodate guests in
eco-tourism. Supervise marketing of property in local environment to accommodate corporate
clientele.
For Microtronics, Inc. (a small manufacturer), develop e-commerce solutions to improve
marketing and enhance business development via small retail outlets. Develop products suited

$80 million. Maintain inventory levels, monitor and record inbound consignments, track and
trace outbound shipments. In Philadelphia, monitor daily operations of facility, interact with staff
and Conrail personnel to develop forecasts to support rail car orders. Identify shipment
