• Helped create and then managed a unique entrepreneurial business/processes within a corporate

Conformal coating processes for high volume production that yielded over $40M in sales
over 10 years.
All new custom product labeling/documentation processes that reduced errors and
minimized packaging costs that were later adopted company-wide.
Worked directly with Information Technologies on a 120 line item catalog on-line e-
commerce web portal to input and track orders securely, specifically for private brand
customers.
Created a generic components business with manufacturing and logistics processes to
sell component parts to alliance partners/developers, growing this new components
business to over $1.5M annually.

• Supervised twelve Production Control Planners and two hourly clerks responsible for planning for
3 shift printed circuit board manufacturing, new product manufacturing, outsourcing, and
international parts planning during a time when sales were averaging 30-35% above plan with a
department expense budget over $3M.
• Participated on the specialized empowered team that implemented a complete manufacturing
system conversion inside of 12 months while implementing a complete Planning Team
reorganization combining two manufacturing facilities with over 1,000 labor hours of training that I
facilitated.
• Planned and executed an effective Materials communication strategy including the purchase of
over 40 networked desktop computers with MS-Office software plus coordinating employee
training.
