Criterions EHR, is an Electronic Health Record Project. This project will facilitate the Physician to enter the

Patient data during and after Encounter (visit) of the Patient to the clinic. Client has already existing Application

called TCMS, which will capture the patient Appointment’s. This project has the facility to capture the Physician

Prescription, which is written on the tablet PC for scribbler, which will be captured as images and later,

converted into electronic data (Manual Process). This Project Mainly contains three modules Doctor, Patient and

Admin. In this project all the patient history will be captured.

Role & Responsibilities:

Medlink EHR This software makes appointment scheduling and stores the clinical data of a patient for every

visit. The clinical data stores Demographic details, Laboratory results, immunization details, Medication details

and Billing details for every visit. This software which is loaded on centralized database is connected to Client

through VPN. Physician’s can view only their patient’s related data. This module has a facility to create

templates for medications and Lab orders on the basis of respective doctors. This product consists of Medlink

EHR Admin and Medlink EHR Physician module.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Preliminary discussion of the project with the core team.
