• Provided strategic direction by guiding new ventures to seek appropriate partners for go-to-market plans, such
as selecting the best retailer to launch a new handheld video game product, or working to locate travel web-
sites that would host and co-market a mobile language translation product
• Created financial forecasts and budgets for several firms that had technology, but no Chief Financial Officer
• Researched market trends to guide feature set and forecast expected adoption rates, as for a mobile
semiconductor chipset company
• Increased investor and customer interest by creating presentations that more clearly communicated the value
proposition of an LCD TV technology provider, leading to a $1.6 million investment round.
• 5 of the 9 ventures have either been funded or ultimately acquired by other companies
