Responsible for the management of the Human Resources function for an upscale Wellness Luxury Resort with

150 rooms and 350 employees. Provides leadership and supervision to the Human Resources Department,

reporting directly to VP of Human Resources in Corporate Office. Major Responsibilities and achievements

exempt positions, reference checks, background checks drug screening, extension of
