- Responsible for internal processes/recruitment for digital creative and account management positions, reporting to the VP COO.

- I took over for the resource manager with only one-and-a-half days training. In managing, I needed to know what every team was working on and

when, how each project was progressing, and when/where I needed to shift people around or appoint a freelancer. I also wrote contracts for

freelancers and worked with outside recruiters, negotiating rates and vetting qualified freelance candidates

Achievements

- Assigned the task of bringing the Las Vegas office into compliance with agency operational standards. I relocated to Vegas and implemented

internal processing consistent with the Scottsdale home office, trained support personnel, assisted in account management and facilitated billing

between the major client and the agency.

- I handled the digital efforts for our largest client, Westgate Living. Along with the client’s Director of Marketing, we developed an interactive site that

included virtual tours, photo gallery slideshows, stock and actual photography, interactive news and events listings. We also created the Westgate

Living sales video – which was a digital canvas, of eight 46” plasma screens, single presentation stretching 30-feet wide and 3-feet tall. Utilized HD

green-screen production, 2D and 3D motion graphics, compositing, and motion tracking. Working with a production house out of Chicago, we had a

tight deadline due to the fact Westgate Living was located next to University of Phoenix Stadium, where Super Bowl XLll (43) would be held. We

won the business in late October and had to deliver by late January. It was close but we made it.

- Assisted account management in day-to-day advertising activities for client, Casino del Sol

- Responsibilities included client interface, tracking print advertising, GRP delivery, updating weekly status reports, and developing and executing

radio promotions, assisting in campaign creation and execution, conducted competitive research on surrounding Casinos
