Senior Consultant
• Assisted leading ten-member team on cross-geographic financial due diligence of China Resources National
Corporation pharmaceutical division (conglomerates in Hong Kong and China with assets totaling approximately $9
billion). Transaction valued at over $50 million.
• Managed six-member French/Chinese team to conduct Credit analysis part of financial due diligence of BNP
Paribas’ $87 million acquisition of NCCB, the largest city commercial bank in China.
• Coordinated cross-continental financial due diligence team (including Partners and Senior Managers) for RBS’s five
percent minority stake in Bank of China. Assisted daily conference with clients on financial issues.
• Analyzed operation performance for fourteen development projects (with valuation of approximately $566 million)
of prominent commercial property developer in China. Resulting transaction allowed company to sell 80% stake to
leading provider of distribution facilities and services.
• Advised a privately owned Chinese software company to strengthen internal controls, leading to increased valuation
in subsequent negotiation with external investors.
• Managed engagement teams by planning and coordinating each engagement, supervising and evaluating junior staff,
and ensuring the completion of each engagement within strict budget and time constraints.

• Assisted developed a province level audit plan and led ten-member team in pre-IPO advisory project for ICBC with
over $750 billion in assets. Performed financial analysis and process review, analyzed industry environment and

• Directed multiple teams during audit projects of $20,000 to over $3 million in accordance with PRC/International
Accounting and Regulatory Standards. Evaluated findings, developed recommendations, and presented to client’s

phase. Expedited EY IT audit process by integrated client’s system change.
