product sales per category, forecast, ordering and inventory levels aligned with sales plans.

Working with merchandising, sales, production, corporate, distribution center on cost control,

trend analysis, tracking plans, factories specializations, receiving preparation, promotions,

product allocations, launching of new items and exit strategies. Prioritization of production

increasing forecast accuracy, ideal inventory levels tracking plan increasing inventory turn overs,

created and updated database queries maximizing efficiency. Increased product availability by

3% while at the same time monitoring discontinuation to avoid overstock.

Inventory Analyst (Company relocated to NY)

Responsible for weekly PO filling up 40’ containers with perishables from bill of lading with

overseas departure and custom clearance to arrival and unloading with warehouse

reconciliation. Custom broker, freight forwarder, sales team, warehouse, HQ and key accounts

point of contact. Produced sales forecasts to allow production raw material ordering, line

production scheduling, sales and promotions plans. Supply chain coordination, payables and

receivables tracking and approvals, inventory turns and product picking to avoid loss.

Implemented month expiration indication on top of year to handle more precisely PO

rejections and inventory turns, US market product requirements and QC to increase sales.
