Client name: Medtronic – MiniMed
This Medtronic division specializes in diabetes insulin pump design, manufacture, sales, service, and continuing
patient relationship. As a durable Medical Equipment manufacturer, their landscape includes highly specialized
interface requirements with ERP, CRM, Web, and Patient revenue management systems.
Senior Consultant – ACS Healthcare Solutions
As a key principal in the project management office I architected the technical environment for the enterprise
implementation of the GE Centricity application. The infrastructu re was engineered to coexist with the
manufacturing and distribution systems. My team designed and wrote the functional and technical specifications. I
developed complex data cleansing and migration strategies.
Key Accomplishments
Directed installation of the GE Healthcare Centricity application interface technology which supported the
productized Durable Medical Equipment (DME) module for GE
Designed and implemented repeatable processes for the Centricity application suite that simplified and
automated ACS-HCS’ subsequent GE DME initiatives
Installed core application with Payer Contract Module, Visit Management, and Task Management

Catholic Healthcare West is a leading healthcare provider of hospital and ambulatory medical services. The
Sacramento region is comprised of 5 hospitals and 22 clinics utilizing a provider staff of approximately 2500
professionals.

which they sell and install at large clients. They also provide call center services to organizations that wish to
outsource their sales functions. They have a strong penetration in the network equipment vertical marketplace.

I provided full sales support and authored implementation and integration proposals, SOW’s, and implementation
plans with resourcing loading. The development and engineering department worked at my instruction and direction
to modify and customize the application for the clients. My teams input were important to the product development

Hitachi Global Storage Technology purchased the disk drive manufacturing division from IBM. In their separation
activities they went through many optimizing activates.

high-speed, fully auditable transition marketplace.

Certech Technologies, Inc. - 1994 – 1996
Chief Information Officer
Certech was the Texas division of the California Cerplex Corporation. Certech was the manufacturing outsource of
SpectraVision Corporation. I managed all IT operations and development for this division.

Developed, designed, and managed all information systems for the SpectraVision outsource of Manufacturing,
Repair Center, and Warehouse Logistics
Designed and developed a fully integrated Return Materials Authorization (RMA) system
Designed an integrated serial number tracking system complete with bar -code subsystems to handle purchased
