Proposals Manager (1989 – 1991)

Managed team of 12 Applications Engineers. Prepared all proposals and cost estimates from

customer plans and specifications for $35M water treatment equipment business. Represented

the Company at trade shows and customer interviews.

Quality Assurance Manager (1985 -1989)

Managed QA department consisting of seven inspectors and NDT technicians. Responsible for
