Project Description Collection System provides an efficient way to get funds back from the delinquent and

over the credit limit customers what they owe to Citibank. When the amount owed is

greater than the limit on your credit card, the account is said to be over the credit limit

(OCL) account. These accounts are passed to the Collectors, who in turn will take

appropriate action to resolve delinquency. Main Objective of Collection Systems is to

procure the outstanding balance from Card Holders by providing various types of

feasible Arrangement programs.

generated which help the management to identify areas of training / improvement.
