• Collect samples of incoming material for first article inspection to ensure products conform to

required quality standards (IPC J-STD-001 Class 1-3).

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of all products on the manufacturing floor.

• Assist manufacturing personnel in troubleshooting quality variances, identifying causes, and

taking prompt remedial action to reduce unnecessary waste through product rejection.

• Responsible for workstation and tool calibration.
