• White box testing back-end Visitor Intelligence product. Designed and executed

test plans for new scalability and performance features of our Hosted Visitor Intelligence product.

• Designed an comprehensive manual process for migrating production warehouses and Analysis

Services cubes into staging environment.

• Resumed former role as staging manager and spearheaded many projects to improve testing

infrasctructure including but not limited to: Virtualization of QA testing infrastructure, automation

of manual warehouse migration process, trimming down migrated data to compensate for
