Fulfillment Activation Service Tool (FAST) is a browser-based order processing system designed to service, fulfill and

activate phone and accessory orders generated by the different Sprint virtual sales channels. The queue based workflow

allows users across the globe to simultaneously work on customer orders in different stages of fulfillment and activation

lifecycle.

• Served as a liaison for clients and technical/development teams

• Translated business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions (using SQL, MS Access, MS Excel and

Business Objects)

• Performed gap analysis - analyzed ‘AS-IS’ or existing business processes, created process flow diagrams,

identified places for improvement and analyzed ‘TO-BE’ business processes
