Partner Lead Sharing Real Time Interface

Technologies Used: Siebel 7.5.3, Siebel Configuraton, Siebel e-Scripting, Workflows,

Business Service, EAI.

The Lead interface is a bidirectional interface that publishes Lead information to the PRM

system, as well as subscribing to PRM Lead information anytime PRM Lead data is updated.

The major functionalities implemented are:

- Siebel Outbound

1) Lead header and related entities will be propagated from Siebel CRM into PRM. Other

data elements will be associated to the Lead.

- Siebel Inbound

2) Allows specific updates on Lead header and related entities to be received from PRM.

Responsibilities:

1. Worked on the Design and construction of the Interface using EAI.

2. Involved in the end to end testing involving the CRM and PRM teams.

3. Involved in critical issue resolution with the teams.

4. Worked on the creating and consolidating the Build Notes and other deployment related

documents for each build during development and testing and also the consolidating

build notes involving all the interfaces.

resolution within timelines.

Interface.

Partner Contact Real Time Interface

Technologies Used: Siebel 7.5.3, Siebel Configuraton, Siebel e-Scripting, Workflows,

Business Service, EAI, Webservices.

This is a Real Time Synchronous Interface which is used to transfer (Insert/Update) the

Partner Contact data between CRM and PRM application. This Interface helps the Agents as

this relieves them from logging into both the CRM and PRM application, and also of the

negative Partner user impact. This adds much business value as this saves much of the

Agents time and minimizes the human errors of manually entering data into both applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Worked on the complete construction & implementation of this Real Time Interface.

2. Used Siebel EAI, scripting and workflows for the implementation.

3. Implemented the Outbound Web services for achieving the Real Time Transfer of Data

between in CRM and PRM application

4. Worked with the PRM Team in Creating and publishing the Inbound Web service in

Siebel.

5. Involved in the end to end unit testing and interacting with the onsite business folks on

functional/technical issues.

6. Created the deployment documents and also Operational Manuals and Instruction

Manuals for deployment of this interface.

WW CRM - Release 2

Client: HP (48 HP regions worldwide)

Technologies Used: Siebel 7.5.2, eScript, Siebel Configuration, Oracle

This is a complex Siebel implementation for CLIENT, where the team worked with regional

and worldwide business and technology stakeholders to standardize related level 3 business

processes, balance requirement and affordability parameters, and define a worldwide scope

and solution.

The main aim of this project was to achieve

Globally consistent marketing, lead mgt. side and outside sales processes

Fit-gap analysis resulting in LOE required addressing gaps and taking care in future releases

This is HP's worldwide Siebel Implementation to unite its sales force, marketing personnel,

call center professionals, and partner network through a single, comprehensive business

customer information system. This application combines functionality from Siebel Sales,

Siebel Marketing, Siebel Call Center, Siebel Analytics, Handheld, CTI and PRM.

Responsibilities:

1. Participated in the review and Design of the Sales related entities.

2. Development and enhancement of the Sales entities(Partner, Service Agreement)

3. Scripting for a particular requirement in the Service Agreement.

Kuala Lumpur Call Center is a regionalized project developed on top of WWCRM project. The

enhancement is required in the field of partner management, contact center, and Lead

management

Responsibilities:

1. Participated in the review and Design of the Sales entiies, Partner Management and

Agreement and Account entities.

2. Design of the Partner Management

3. Development including eScripting and Configuration for Partner Management including

scripting for some requirements.

4. Developing the RTM and Review Logs and other Quality related activities for CMMi Level

process.

WW CRM - Release 1

This involves providing a systematic solution for capturing Serial Number, Ship Date and

Customer information for board products being manufactured and delivered by

Subcontractors and Logistics centers. There are multiple business requirements for storing

this information and having the ability to retrieve the data both internally as well as

externally to support Warranty/Entitlement validation and Marketing information, like

providing up-to-date warranty information in order to assess whether a board is eligible for

warranty repair, checking warranty information when being requested to process a return

order, give visibility into a situation where customers have expired warranties.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating the design documents,with respect to the client requirements

2. Designed the data mapping required for data migration(EIM) from Mylex to Siebel.

3. Configuring the Screens and creating the custom screens and views in Siebel using tools.

4. Configuration of Application using Siebel tools.

5. Involved in the development of scripts used by the TIBCO integration manager

Voice Communication System

2. Developed the signaling module, desktop unit (User Interface Unit), administrative

module in Java.

1. Designed and Developed the web/wap interface

2. Involved in the development of the SMS module, which sends, receives & manipulates the

messages accordingly.

DynaGATE

DynaGATE is a WAP Gateway, the implementation of the WAP stack using JAVA. The WAP

gateway talks to the phone using the WAP stack, and translates the requests it receives from

the mobile phone (i.e. WSP Request) to normal HTTP Request.

1. Responsible for the development and testing of the WMLEncoder module.
