Staff Software Engineer; Banking industry product responsible for supporting domestic customer’s .Net
financial application and international distributor’s.Net proprietary application frame work.
Designed a software instrumentation system utilized to diagnose issues in production environments where
no other debugging or diagnostic tools where available.
Created reports and receipts for the enterprise level financial application package product using Crystal X.
Responsible for designing and implement ing a customer problem tracking system with SLA report
generation based on Borland’s StarTeam workflow .

Staff Software Engineer; Product Support Technical Lead; I coached 12 engineers in the product support
organization.
Integrated signature display systems used to verify customers identifications. These integrations required
the decoding of various compression algorithms and converting uncomp ressed data stream into bitmaps.

responsible for international product support of enterprise-level financial application package frame work.
