For the last two years I have been responsible for performing and checking engineering calculations for
different components of the WTP (Waste Treatment Plant Project) building, I have worked on a wide
variety of structural design assignments such as like stairs, platforms, anchors bolt and embeds design.
Specifically I completed the following structural design tasks on schedule as my accomplishment:
• Checked Design of steel stair towers with connections on diffrent elevation of HLW buidling
using seismic load per Revised Ground Motion Spectra and UBC
• Cheked calculations for servive platform designed as Seismic Category II.
• Designed Beams,Columns and Bracing for PT-Annex Budiling.
• Designed Beams and girders of South & North Tunnel for PTF building.
• Designed Column Base Plate for High Level Waste building.
• Prepared detail drawings of anchor bolt layout and sections in support of PT ANNEX building.
• Designed miscellaneous Embeds of the different elevation for HLW and PTF building using ME-035.
In addition to these, I understand how to read shop drawings and vendor equipment drawings. I was
also involved in training to develop understanding of various codes and design criteria of the Nuclear
Structures of this project.
