• Engineering Study - requirements for handling larger diameter, heavier coils

• Feasibility Study - requirements for widening a 3-stand and a 5-stand cold mill (both aluminum).

• 5-stand cold mill modernization, including new entry end strip threading equipment, hydraulic roll force

actuators and system for stands 1 and 2 and new delivery end equipment.

• New electro-mechanical screwdown drives for multiple stands of a 5-stand cold mill.

• Single stand skin pass mill modernization, including new payoff reel, tension reel drive, mill drive,

shear and delivery end strip leveling and coil handling equipment.

• Single stand two (2) high mill revamp including new hydraulic roll force actuators, entry and delivery

guides and new mill drive.

• 3-stand aluminum cold mill upgrade, including entry coil prep and handling equipment, mill speed

increase, fume exhaust and coolant filtration systems and new delivery end coil handling equipment.

Manager of Application Engineering – June 1992 through May 1995

Managed the department, sold engineering studies and technical assistance, supervised and maintained

the proper level of qualified personnel. Developed and maintained business plan for the Application

Engineering Department, and actively participated in the study process and follow up.

Manager of Proposal Engineering & Estimating – January 1987 through August 1987

Supervised proposal engineers, estimators and clerical personnel; developed proposal specifications and

cost estimates for major engineered projects and made sales / proposal presentations to customers.
