Paper manufacturing and paper converting company. Company ownership changed twice since 2001 (Alcoa
and private group) but division name remained constant (IVEX Packaging) through those transitions.
Started 15-year tenure with IVEX as financial manager, eventually won promotion to Division/BU
Controller and steadily increased breadth and depth of experience in finance, manufacturing
operations and general management. Ensured continuity of operations business unit during two sale
processes and ownership transitions.
Division Controller, IVEX Packaging LLC (2006-2007)
Promoted after short period in transitional role. Managed financial staff of five converting
operations in U.S. and Canada during ownership transition. Developed company focus and
strategy -- sales, marketing and operations -- for two years following acquisition.
• Participated in two subsequent acquisitions and led integration efforts.
