Hired and trained new employees in plant operations and safety. Conducted performance

Promoted to Special Projects & Environmental 1995 to 1998
Specified and supervised installation of a 100 GPM reverse osmosis water treatment
system meeting all process, budget, and on stream time requirements.
Increased gas turbine overhaul schedule form 3 to 7 years by initiating idea and gaining
upper management acceptance new rotor blade design saving $350,000 over a 7 year
period.
Personally responsible for fabrication, recovery, security, and transportation of $1.5
million inventory of platinum and rhodium nitric acid catalyst.
Maintained State and Federal environmental compliance for the Ammonium Nitrate
facility. Personally ran all calculations for fugitive air emissions, storm water runoff and
accidental releases. Oversaw 3rd party stack testing. Reduced particulate pm10 emissions
75% in ammonium nitrate stack by specking and installing ” chevron baffles in the
impingement filters without a loss of production quantity or quality.
