I have been in charge of a team of up to 6 multimedia developers and directed them in the development and
implementation of 40+ Flash-based, SCORM compliant Web-based training (WBT) courses.
Duties include:
Develop courseware utilizing Flash with actionscript, XML, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Experience in implementing Section 508 standards
Act as a technical point of contact for all multimedia related questions
Oversee and work on the following:
Create and implement Graphic User Interfaces (GUIs) for courseware and online application
development which are assembled in a final product through HTML and XML
Create timeline based 2D and 3D animations and simulations
Sound editing for voice recording, sound effects creation, and musical sound loops
Work on multiple projects concurrently while always staying on top of the schedules and meeting the deadlines

Complete all multimedia quality assurance reviews of storyboards and developed files
Work very closely with Instructional Systems Designers, Subject Matter Experts and Programmers in order to
