Represented the structuring agent in connection with the establishment of several

synthetic structured commercial paper conduits. Represented a monoline insurer in

connection with the restructuring of seven CDO transactions.

asset backed market, with particular focus on the auto sector. Responsibilities included

providing current market updates, indicative pricing analyses and the development of

alternative financing structures. Execution of transactions ranging from co-managed and

lead-managed quarterly transactions to one-off transactions requiring ongoing work with

rating agencies and investors. Completed the only two sports facility revenue backed

securitizations to date for the Pepsi Center in Denver and STAPLES Center in Los

Angeles. Overall responsibilities required working closely with ABS traders as well as

capital markets, derivatives, financial institutions, corporate finance and public finance

groups.
