CEMEX – Global leader in construction materials industry, revenues 20+ billion US. 1996 – 2009

Corporate HR Information Systems Manager. Corporate Headquarters, Mexico, 2007-2009. Leader

of a new IT area, responsible of the design and development of global HR solutions; reporting to the

Corporate Process Design Director, leading a 6 person team and managing a 2.7 million US$ budget.

Enhanced global talent information and reduced total costs of ownership of supporting processes and

systems by 15%.

Increased flexibility of corporate HR systems to ensure further compliance to local regulations.

Implemented a web based solution for managing the salaries, bonuses and market comparisons for an

European HR Projects Manager. Ratingen, Germany, 2005-2007. Responsible for integrating newly
