for Nissan’s Service Parts and Accessories. The goals were to provide visibility of day-to-day supply chain transactions
to improve on-time performance and Monitor Supplier performance by tracking and collaborating on pre-defined,
consistent metrics.

Responsible for the “fast-track” implementation of an EAI conversion including requirements, analysis & design,

Project Scope and Highlights: This is the first US Pedigree project which is a translation of a legislation mandated
by the state of Florida to require wholesale distributors of Rx products to track the custodial history of a product from
the manufacturer to the end-reseller. Pedigree legislation requires authentication and signatures based on the various
industry certificate/public key (PKI) architectures The primary application software was developed in DataStage Tx 8.0

Lead the design and deployment of the technical infrastructure for a eCommerce project. Coordinated the interface
design and development activities with users and technical support staff. Prepared the conversion plan for converting
from Net.data code to Java Server Pages/EJBs, which corresponded to the upgrade from
WebSphere Commerce Suite V3.5 to WebSphere Commerce Suite V5.1. Deployed the technical architecture to support

Designed, tested, implemented and maintained Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interfaces for North American
Suzuki operations. Performed initial setup and testing of new EDI trading partners and expanded the EDI program
from four trading partners to over 35 trading partners within one year. EDI transactions were expanded from a
simple purchase order transaction to multiple transactions across the 35 trading partners. Created and maintained
EDI interfaces between the business applications and EDI transaction sets for both ANSI and UCS Grocery standards.
Lead Instructor, IBM Corporation
Designed and conducted distance-learning sessions for training IT Professionals at IBM. Designed ways of content
