Major Accomplishments
Consolidated six separate fee billing applications to a single strategic system by leading a 12 member
technology team through a four year, eight project consolidation program 2004-2008.
Lead analyst in the 2002 implementation of the Advantage Fee Billing system in the Private Bank.
Promoted to Fee Technology Project Manager based on performance and application knowledge.
Personally designed and developed the Private Banking Fee and the Trust Accrual systems. The
systems were used by Bank from 1988 to 2002, reduced fee area head count from 14+ to 5 members
and provided automated interfaces and a comprehensive reporting platform with tight controls.
Conversion leader on four major banking conversions and three trust accounting system conversions.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
JPMorgan Chase Private Bank: Project Manager/VP, November 1984 – November 2008
Project Manager for the JPMorgan Private Bank Fee Billing applications. Served as a key Fee Program
contact for the system users, finance, management, technology teams and vendors for the period January
2004 through November 2008.
Accomplishments:
Modified three billing systems to offer special pricing for externally managed mutual funds and
separately managed accounts. The initiative enabled the roll out of a brand new investment program.

Key member of a 2004 cross functional team that studied fee practices, rules and system features.
Directed Technology teams in implementing all required enhancements.
Executed a major upgrade of the Advantage Fee Billing platform which included upgrading program
versions, the database, replacing all existing servers as well as relocating the data center.
Managed the 2005-2007 fee component of the Private Banking AMTRUST to OMNI Trust
Accounting system replacement program. For Advantage, this involved replacing all incoming data
feeds with links to the new system, as well as developing new direct debit and general ledger feeds.
Managed phased 2006-2007 conversions of 3500 + Texas accounts and 2000+ multicurrency fee
accounts onto Advantage. The conversions included the rollout of a new accumulations engine, as
well as the introduction of real estate and currency-based accumulation/fee processing capabilities.
Managed the 2007 – 2008 conversion of the Advantage system to the ACE Fee Processing platform.
This program successfully merged all accounts onto one strategic fee billing platform.
Chase Private Bank Title: Senior Systems Analyst/VP, Period 2000 – 2004
Lead analyst on the project team that implemented the Advantage Fee Billing package, a Microsoft SQL
database to control interfaces and the Quantifacts fee analytics package.
Chase Private Bank Title: PBFS Development Team Project Leader/VP, Period 1991 – 2000
Leader of the team responsible for maintaining the Private Banking Fee System, the Trust Accrual
System and the Trust and Estates Paying and Receiving System. BAU support and revenue reviews.
Fee Conversion Leader for four major banking mergers.
