Delivered land planning for Epperson Ranch, a +/-1000 acre Development of Regional Impact

that included single family attached product, single-family detached product, multi-family

product, and a 100-acre multi-use “Promenade” town center. Key elements include an amenity

center, neighborhood parks, trail network, and programmed open space.

Collaborated on a five-person design team to master plan 2x4 Ranch Development of Regional

Impact. Key elements included an equestrian trail system, community gardens, and various

product mix of single-family attached and single family detached. Assignment included land

planning, graphic design, and cost estimating.

Provided land planning and landscape/hardscape design for multiple townhome/condo

communities in Brandon for Pulte Home Corporation. Developed conceptual and final land

planning services, as well as, full service landscape and hardscape design for 3 communities.
