Responsibilities: Desktop support for School of Medicine computer users. Support
for the Doctors, their office support staff and medical students. (Primarily Dell
and Apple systems running Windows, OS X and Linux/Unix) Troubleshooting and
resolution of all operating system and hardware problems. Rollout and connect to
active directory domain, secure configuration of new systems. First level network
troubleshooting for the network engineering group. Creating student and faculty
