- Studied and tested existing and developmental gypsum products. Assisted

in developing a superior sag-resistant wallboard.

- Conducted gypsum wallboard process audits across the country. Was

successful in analyzing process/quality problems in the following areas: rock

drying, calcining, and wallboard drying.

- Evaluated raw materials for cost savings and product improvement. Assisted

in converting one plant over to a superior water reducing agent which

improved select physical properties by 30% and made a production increase

of 5% possible.

- Studied process and quality problems which resulted in product yield loss.
