Launched new e-commerce solution in new market: Adaptive Material Supply from FusionOps.

Project-managed implementation and development of AMS (Adaptive Material Supply) for IAC (Inventec

Appliance Corporation), major international mobile phone and smart handheld manufacturing company.

Project covered three manufacturing sites in China, headquarters / manufacturing site in Taiwan, and

1000 suppliers. Improved supply chain performance by establishing business process management,

automating and achieving compliance for business area of procurement, ASN, in-transit inventory,

Project-managed development and implementation of e-Supply Online for TSMC (Taiwan

Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), world's largest dedicated semiconductor foundry. Covered

business area of e-invoice and MSDS (material safety data system). Led team of 15 consultants with

complete system development life cycle. Doubled efficiency of supply chain for import process and

account payment.

Managed outsourced team for Department of Health’s UePP system, national medical eProcurement

system. Supported national help desk for users covering 32 National Department of Health Hospitals

and 500 suppliers, on-going enhancements and product development to align with client’s business
