Programming

Robot programming for material handling, spot welding, robotic vision and trade show machines

using Fanuc, ABB, Denso, Adept, Kuka Robots

HMI programming for interface to various machines using AB RSView, PanelView Plus,

PanelView, Pro-Face, Mitsubishi

Designed and programmed a spot welding system consisting of 16 Miyachi Unitek spot welders,

9 Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700 AC drives, 9 Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 servo drives, several

Parker pneumatic valve banks with Allen-Bradley RIO interfaces and several Allen-Bradley

distributed IO manifolds. Software for programming was RSLogix 5000.

Designed and programmed a laser welding system consisting of a Rofin-Sinar HF6000 laser,

Allen-Bradley 1394 Servo drives controlling 4 conveyors, Allen-Bradley S-Class controller

controlling 2 linear servo motors, stepper drives controlling seam following systems and a stepper

drive controlling automatic width adjustment. PLC was an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04.
