Vista Plus Upgrade-Pfizer
Managed Vista Plus upgrade through ELC documentation process. Met each deliverable as

Managed resources provided for Pfizer World Wide Safety. These resources worked with
CIOMS, a regulatory systems used to filter and screen AE data for submission to the FDA and
European regulatory agencies. As part of this project managed the client expectations including
the HQ clients PCOs and EDS. Developed the requirements definition and managed the
prototype development. Proposed a cost-effective solution, which would meet the requirements
with minimal expense.
Managed resources assigned to Software Validation and Quality Management.
Managed resources on the department methodology for system development life cycle,
including templates, examples and procedures. As part of this project developed a structured

Developed and supported the Broker Dealer Services application. Participated directly with users during
the design of one of the industries largest Securities Lending applications. Application features use
Credit Default Swaps, Repurchase Agreements, Custodial Banks and cash management to improve
profitability of the global funding desk at broker dealers.
Developed and supported the American Depository Receipts applications at the largest issuer of
ADRs in the United States. Participated directly with business users during design,
implementation and design of new application features. Application features include Custodial
Bank responsibilities and innovative offerings to bank customers. This application supported DRs
for 1400 programs with companies from 70 countries. Appointed as depository bank for 65% of all
public sponsored DR programs.
