Develop and maintain the Jo Malone line of personal and home fragrances, candles and skin

Developed the Estee Lauder Brand packaging for moisturizers, eye care and treatment

Developed Designer Fragrance packages for the Aramis and Tommy Brands

Environmental studies Waste management / recycling & alternative waste reduction.

Designed and developed a Forefoot reaming system for metatarsophalangeal fusion. A

United States Patent w as issued in May 1996.

Implemented a $260,000 cost savings through package design involving label changes,

carton redesign, primary and secondary container changes, shipper configuration changes

and scrap reduction through tighter specifications and package testing.

Implemented the conversion of manual specifications to a computer generated specification

system through close interaction with the Technical Documentation group.

Created an in-house Graphics Department which supported Package Engineering and all

other Package Operations groups with an annual cost savings of over $65,000

Designed and developed an instrument system for the implantation of plates in the cervical

spine.

Nominated for the Howmedica Presidents Award for the development of generic

instrument handles resulting in annual cost savings of $200,000.

Implemented new package designs (sterile and non-sterile), evaluated and purchased

blister, shrink film and pouching equipment.

Audited, evaluated and approved contract packagers for acceptable sites for packaging of

new introductions.

Nominated for the Howmedica Presidents Award for the development of hot stamping

p olypropylene trials with different colors to differentiate styles and sizes.
