Accomplishments

January 2005 – December 2005: I was hired as District Manager of sales to help curb turnover

and help the New York division make their Goal of 13 million for the first time in the company’s

history. With the help of my Co-workers New York hit their goal and brought down turnover

from 62% to 14% and it was due to training and development of the sales team and ownership.

Maintained P&L to save the company $500,000 by managing spending correctly. Worked closely

with third party distributor and brokers to introduce sales goal, incentives and worked closely

with the brokers and their sales people in training and development so that as a whole they

worked hand in hand to help the company reach their sales goals.

December 2005– August 2006: I was asked to go to the southeast region and help build the

company’s DSD system in Florida with the help of human resource and the director of the

southeast I built and trained a sales staff of eight salespersons and three regional account

managers serving over four hundred accounts. I worked with Publix’s brokers to obtain eight

hundred more stores than the company was already servicing, worked with brokers to help

achieve company’s objectives. Managed single handily the logistic and operations of the

warehouse located in Tampa and Miami. As of August the company was at 78% to hit the

company goals that were set in December 2005.

that became one of the largest volume routes in the country doing $1.5 million

Within three years working for the company I was promoted to District Sales Manager of

Manhattan. I was able to cut expenses and increase profits by readjusting routes. Two years

running the Manhattan territory came in 18% over plan and business increased 9% every

year.
